This week I am going to write about : How I met my best friend.
I met her when I came in for a job interview. I was unemployed for about 2 months and this was basically the only interview that I had the whole time. The funny thing about this interview is when I left I knew I had gotten the job with out even her telling me that I got it. Later that day I got a call for a second interview. That interview was more stressful because I was meeting with Misti and the owner of the company. That night I got a call and was told that I didn’t get the job. I was totally bummed because I thought for sure that I had gotten it. The next morning I got a call from Misti and was told that they had changed their minds and offered me the job. I was super excited!!!! From the very first I always felt at ease around her. I let her in on some things in my life faster than most people get in. In fact at the point she probably knows more about than anyone else in my life does. We are now more like sisters than anything else and some how we make the whole her being my boss thing work. I mean we have disagreements but we always figure it out! We usually don’t go to long with out talking that is for sure.
That is how I met my best friend.
